Recent Publications and Speaking Engagements

Today, the North Carolina Bar Association's CLE Publications Department released the state's ever Fiduciary Litigation Manual. First of all, terrific work by Christian Perrin as managing editor, who shepherded together this enormous process and delivered tremendous work product from practitioners across the state.

Mike was honored and pleased to author the chapter on adult incompetency proceedings (Guardianships).

On Friday, November 9, Mike will join the other authors in presenting Recent Developments in Fiduciary Litigation at the North Carolina Bar Center in Cary.
